I have struggled for years with weight loss and finding healthy ways to manage life without being caught in a cycle of yo-yo dieting. After giving birth and gaining an astronomical 84 pounds during my pregnancy, weight loss seemed like an impossible and unmanageable mountain.Before working with Samantha I was able to lose some of the baby weight, but after months of stagnation, I knew I could no longer do it alone.
