If you’ve ever tried to start (and maintain) a new habit, you know it takes time to make it part of your regular routine.  It has to be what I call, “lifestyle accessible.”  In other words, it has to be able to fit into your life as seamlessly as brushing your teeth.  Behavior change is absolutely possible.  However, it does require commitment, discipline, and time.  This doesn’t mean that things need to be difficult or painful.  In fact, I strongly believe that sustainable health changes and weight-loss come from a plan that is fun and manageable. 

90-minute Health and Weight-loss Consultation. If you’re looking to make some changes to your health and/or weight, but are not yet ready to commit to a full program, I offer a 90-minute health and weight-loss consultation.  The 90-minute consultation is also great for people who are at the beginning of their health journey or have specific health questions they want answered from a trusted professional.  The benefit of the 90-minute consultation is gaining the health and/or weight-loss knowledge you are looking for in a quick, efficient manner.

Cost: $120 for 90-minutes

3-month Health and Weight-loss Program.  This program includes a free, one-hour initial consultation to get to know one another and determine goals for the program.  If you’re ready to make some changes to your health routine or weight, this program provides a great foundation.  After assessing your current health routine, we develop a plan of action to meet your health and/or weight-loss goals.  We begin with knowledge of nutrition, move into exploration, and begin implementing the best practices we find to be the most effective for you!  We meet twice a month for 60-minutes, with email support between sessions. The benefit of the 3-month program is the creation of an individualized health and/or weight-loss plan.

Cost: $570 for 6 hours ($95 per hour for 6 sessions)

 

6-month Health and Weight-loss Program. This program includes a free, one-hour initial consultation to get to know one another and determine goals for the program.  In the 6-month program, we assess your current health routine, develop a plan of action to meet your health and/or weight-loss goals, and work together to create sustainable behavior changes that are aligned with your goals.  We begin with knowledge of nutrition, move into exploration, and work together to implement the best practices we find to be the most effective for you!  We meet twice a month for 60-minutes, with email support between sessions. The benefit of the 6-month program is the creation of an individualized health and/or weight-loss plan and working alongside a behavior specialist to effectively implement the plan.

Cost: $1140 for 12 hours ($95 per hour for 12 sessions)
